Clean and spacious villa with beautiful surroundings.

Our experience at Villa Elpiniki was disappointing. The promised separate bedrooms turned out to be misleading, as one was just part of the lounge area, making privacy impossible. The steep walk to the villa and the beach was exhausting, and having to pay for drinking water was frustrating considering the tap water was non-potable.

The apartment with balcony offered beautiful views across the countryside, and the pool area was mostly empty, providing a private feel. It's conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making leisure outings easy. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty in the evenings and the walk from the beach can be slightly steep. The surrounding area includes a couple of supermarkets and restaurants that can be a bit pricier than alternatives found further in town.

Just a fine choice for a break on long journey in Troulos with good value for money. Appreciated the lovely assistance from Costas who helped me with local trip ideas. Make sure to take cash for small purchases as some places don’t accept cards.
